About FINVYN

FINVYN is a faceless education brand publishing daily Shorts and Reels and two long-form videos every week.

We cover budgeting, credit, investing basics, side hustles, taxes, debt, retirement, and the psychology of money. Every video is researched against primary sources like the IRS, the SEC, the CFPB, and the Federal Reserve, and every video carries a clear disclaimer: education is not personal financial advice.

Financial Calculators

Free, private, and instant. Nothing you type leaves your browser. Results are estimates for education only, not financial advice.

Budget Planner

Assumptions: uses the 50/30/20 guide (50% needs, 30% wants, 20% savings and debt payoff beyond minimums) as a comparison only. It is a rule of thumb, not a requirement, and high-cost housing markets often make it unrealistic.

Savings Calculator

Assumptions: monthly compounding, deposits at month end, constant rate. Real APYs change, and taxes or fees are not included.

Compound Interest Calculator

Assumptions: smooth monthly compounding at a constant return. Real markets are not smooth, returns are never guaranteed, and inflation, taxes, and fees will reduce real results. This is an illustration, not a prediction.

Debt Payoff Calculator

Assumptions: fixed APR, fixed payment, no new charges. If the payment does not cover monthly interest, the balance never falls — the calculator will tell you. Minimum payments usually shrink over time, which stretches payoff far longer than a fixed payment.

Guides & Downloads
